Purpose: Use this checklist before long print sessions or weekly to keep your printer running smoothly.

🔄 Regular Tasks

• [ ] Clean the print bed with isopropyl alcohol before every print
• [ ] Check and tighten X and Y axis belts weekly
• [ ] Tighten screws and pulleys with a hex driver weekly
• [ ] Perform a cold pull or clean the nozzle every 3–5 prints
• [ ] Brush the nozzle tip with a brass brush as needed
• [ ] Replace the nozzle every 1–2 months or when printing issues occur

🛠 Monthly Maintenance

• [ ] Lubricate rails with machine oil
• [ ] Apply lithium grease/PTFE to lead screws

🧰 Bi-Weekly Inspection

• [ ] Inspect hotend, bed thermistors, fans, and connectors
• [ ] Look for frayed wires or loose connections

🧽 Clean & Dust

• [ ] Dust printer frame, fans, and electronics weekly
• [ ] Use a soft brush or compressed air
